Recent Renovations
In 2008 the Harbor Point Golf Club completed the first major renovation of the course since the 1960's. The cart barn was removed and a new building is now in place further away from Lake Shore Drive with parking now available off the highway and a new, safer entrance. Two new holes were added and another reconfigured. A state of the art irrigation system with 800 new heads was installed to provide for better turf condition.
The Golf Clubhouse has also been updated with new windows, siding, roofing, foundation and electrical repairs.
The Harbor Point Stockholders, golf club members, management and staff are very pleased with the outcome of these renovations as the condition of the course and facilities reflect everyone's committment to a premier golfing experience at our historic golf club.
